4. in a given day what meal are you most… most what?

5. for this most likely to be prepared meal do you have a regular (or favorite) dish? (bacon, stir fry, etc) No, I try to create new dishes all the time. I do like to stir fry everything lightly to preserve the natural enzymes of the plant.

6. what cooking accoutrements are involved this meal/dish? (spatula, blender, etc)

I have one big butcher knife(as you can see in the photo) that is my go to knife for everything. I really like the way it handles. Other things, cutting boards (meat/veggie)

7. is there a meal time (or specific dish) that you dislike or avoid cooking due to reasons other than taste? if so, what is it?

I’d like to avoid over cooking and charred food because it is carcinogenic.

9. what step of food preparation do you enjoy the most? and the least? (cutting, measuring, frying, waiting around, etc)

Mostly enjoy all aspects of food preparation. Since I eat mostly raw foods cutting and prep time are most timely, and sometimes annoying. My favorite, would be the cutting! I love using knives.

10. what is your biggest bitch about cooking in your house / apartment? (free response!)

I have a wonderfully sized railroad apartment, however my kitchen has absolutely no counter space!!! This makes it hard to have all my prep work done in an orderly fashion. I also have to keep all my appliances tucked away. This is terribly inconvenient. Build me counters!
